Dinshaw Byramjee
Founder, Owner, and Lead Contractor, Creative Building Solutions
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Dinshaw’s experience spans everything from running a swimming pool company to remodelling condos in Downtown Toronto. After over a decade of working for other construction companies—filled with lessons he knew were worth carrying forward and mistakes he vowed not to repeat—he came to a realization one night, after yet another long day as a foreman: he could work smarter and build a successful business by going out on his own. So that’s exactly what he did—and Creative Building Solutions was born.
Dinshaw fell in love with building at a young age—he still remembers making a simple chair and being amazed that he’d created something with purpose (even if it wasn’t exactly easy on the eyes). That moment sparked a true passion for custom, project-based renovations in areas of the home that genuinely improve everyday living. High-impact spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, remain at the heart of CBS’s work across Ontario, in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Milton.
