MEET CBS FOUNDER
DINSHAW BYRAMJEE
Creative Building Solutions is led by Dinshaw Byramjee, a general contractor with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience and five years managing complex, multi-trade renovations.
With extensive experience across residential construction, he started his career remodelling condos in downtown Toronto, co-managing a swimming pool construction business, and renovating homes across the GTA, with particular expertise in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, framing, and custom carpentry.
WHY DINSHAW CREATED CREATIVE BUILDING SOLUTIONS
After 15 years working as a foreman for other construction companies, Dinshaw saw how much a well-planned kitchen or bathroom could improve daily life. But he also grew frustrated with poor leadership, insufficient planning and decisions that constantly prioritized the cheapest option. Confident there was a better renovation process, he started CBS with a founding principle of offering renovation experiences you would dare to repeat.
